Director of Client Delivery & Implementations

KIBO is seeking a Director, Client Delivery to oversee multiple client implementations of its MACH-enabled digital commerce platform. You will manage design, build and test phases, guiding both client and integrator teams to align with business objectives and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

In this remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with Kibonauts worldwide, drive best practices, and resolve client issues to ensure successful outcomes for our retail, D2C and B2B clients.
