KEY SKILLS
LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION IN A PAINT-RELATED DISCIPLINE IS ESSENTIAL , such as an NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent Paint Spraying / Surface Finishing qualification.A recognised paint spraying indentured apprenticeship and ideally have previous manufacturing experience in a factory environment.
PROFILE
To operate as a multi-skilled, flexible worker to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Tasks will be undertaken and worked through the use of:SprayingPaint touch up and cleaning requiring the use of:

KEY DELIVERABLES
Ensure parts are produced on a ‘right first time’ basisEnsure that any calibrated equipment used is within dateResponsible for the timely clearance of work phases using the SAP systemResponsible for highlighting any non-conformance to the Process Team LeaderAdhering to the requirements of the GKNAF Quality ProceduresAccountable for Health & Safety requirements under Section 7 of the HASAWA 1974To hold first party inspection approval (M02 status is subject to obtaining A stamp approval)Responsible for general housekeeping within the areaKEY SKILLS
