HR Advisor | Employee Experience & Compliance

Quanex is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Denby team. The role acts as a central HR contact, delivering expert guidance to managers and staff, implementing policies, and ensuring legal compliance across the business.

You will support engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture, while managing employee relations cases, policy updates, and data integrity within the HRIS. A CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and UK HR experience are required.
