The Little HR Department in Farnham, Surrey, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of startup and SME clients. This flexible, 16-hour-per-week role can be remote, with occasional in-office days, ideally spread across four days.
You’ll partner with hiring managers, craft job adverts, source candidates, interview, and support onboarding, while benchmarking market pay and improving our recruitment tools.
