Senior Care Assistant: Lead Care & Medication Oversight

Lighthouse Lodge Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in New Brighton. The role focuses on guiding a care team to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care, including medication oversight and accurate record-keeping.

You will communicate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. The successful candidate will work alternate weekends and hold NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable or willingness to progress).
