SENCO & Teaching Lead for Trauma-Informed Education

Compass Community Schools is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead teaching and learning across regional sites. You will assess, support and oversee EHCP reviews, while keeping a hands-on, child-centered approach to overcome barriers to education. The role combines classroom teaching with strategic SENCO responsibilities.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to ensure consistent SEND practice, work with families, and drive inclusive, trauma-informed education across the network.
