Senior Book Cover Designer — Lead Creative, Hybrid/Remote

DK is seeking a Senior Book Cover Designer to lead the creation of striking fiction and non-fiction covers for Canelo and bespoke projects. You will manage freelance designers, push visual boundaries, and shape the creative direction within a collaborative team.

You will contribute from concept through print, coordinate with Editorial, Production, Sales, and Marketing, and manage timelines, budgets, and print-ready deliverables.
