Senior Head of Property Operations & Growth

Dove & Hawk, a respected independent estate agency in Victoria, London, seeks a commercially minded Head of Property Operations to oversee the day-to-day running and growth of the business. You will lead operations across sales, lettings and management, drive efficiency and profitability, and shape client service standards.
