Palliative Care Nurse — 7‑Day Specialist Team

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Nurse to join the hospital-based Palliative Care team. You will provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care, contribute to education, research/audit and implement national guidelines.

You should have experience in Palliative and EOLC care, a nursing degree (or working towards this), a palliative care qualification and excellent communication skills. A commitment to continuing education is essential.
