Our client is looking to hire a Senior Residential Conveyancer who is excited about the way AI is shaping professional services to join their rapidly growing team.This is an early, high-impact role. Your mission is to set the standard for outstanding conveyancing on a small caseload, support and supervise other members of the conveyancing team, whilst collaborating with specialists in legal technology to inform and build systems that amplify your expertise, speed things up, keep clients informed and guard against risk.The Role:Conveyancing excellence: Run a small, high-quality caseload end-to-end acrossfreehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including some new build and sharedownership transactions. Caseloads will gradually build as AI systems areimplemented, allowing them to grow sustainably and help more clients withoutcompromising on quality.Supervision and technical leadership: Help set, support and enable supervisorystructures and processes to assure conveyancing technical excellence, to includecontributing to and being accountable for conveyancing legal practice policies andprocedures.Time dedicated to technology: Work closely with product, engineering and operationsto test, refine and adopt AI-driven conveyancing policies and workflows. You will helpidentify bottlenecks, sources of re-work and recurring risk themes, and translatethese into practical process improvements that shape the law firm of the future.Access to cutting-edge technology: Although you won’t have the traditional support ofan assistant or paralegal, you will have access to cutting edge technology designedto make your life easier – and you’ll help build and refine it.Responsibility: With support, technology and guidance where you need it, you aretrusted to deliver excellent client care and legal work with limited supervision, and toexercise sound judgement on when to slow down,
