HSE & Facilities Site Lead – FMCG Manufacturing

Irwin and Colton is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for its Ashby-de-la-Zouch site. You will lead the HSE strategy, oversee compliance, and foster a safety-first culture across a 650+ colleague operation.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of UK HSE legislation. The role includes managing HSE and Facilities teams and supporting major projects with HSE input.
