Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing practice in Birmingham. You’ll lead cost management across healthcare, education and commercial developments in the Midlands, working closely with Project Managers from early RIBA stages.

You should be MRICS-qualified with extensive consultancy and/or client-side QS experience, able to handle JCT and NEC contracts, act as Employer’s Agent, and lead client relationships at senior level.
