Job Description:
Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Programme Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex business change across multiple sites. You will coordinate operational, technology, process and people workstreams, establishing governance and shared accountability with senior leaders and partners.
You will travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days a week and oversee adoption and benefits tracking to ensure changes become business-as-usual.
