Senior Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Lead (Hybrid)

Kier Group is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor in Falmer on a hybrid basis, supporting the Southern Water Framework. The role focuses on robust cost/value reporting, commercial governance, and leadership of a commercial team to optimise cash flow and manage risks across the programme.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and senior commercial experience in Tier 1 contracting, with NEC knowledge and strong client engagement skills. Driving licence is required.
