Senior Leader, Apheresis & Infusion Operations

Autolus Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Apheresis & Infusion Operations in Stevenage to lead onboarding and ongoing performance of apheresis and treatment centre activities supporting CAR-T therapies.

The role combines technical operations leadership with cross-functional collaboration across Clinical, Quality and Manufacturing teams, and requires oversight of site onboarding, training, and vendor relationships, with up to 50% travel within the UK and Europe.
