Site Technician

Job Title: Site Materials Testing Technician – Heathrow

We are seeking an experienced Site Materials Testing Technician to carry out on-site testing of asphalt, concrete and soil across projects at Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site-based materials testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Carry out asphalt testing, including coring, temperature checks and compaction testing.
• Perform concrete testing, including slump tests, cube sampling and air content checks.
• Undertake soil testing, including in-situ density, compaction and CBR testing.
• Complete accurate test reports and maintain quality and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction materials testing, particularly asphalt, concrete and soil.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work on-site and maintain accurate testing records.

Salary: £17-£20 per hour, depending on experience.
