IT Support Engineer – 2nd/3rd Line (On-site & Remote)

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer for our client in Stoke-on-Trent. The role covers 2nd/3rd line support, both remote and on-site, with a focus on maintaining and improving IT systems for SME clients.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V and Azure, while handling network gear, backups and security appliances. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed.
