Service Desk Analyst – Newcastle (Onsite, SC)

Comxps Ltd is seeking a capable Service Desk professional for a Government contract based in Newcastle. The role is office-based, five days a week, with SC clearance as a requirement. You will provide high levels of customer service, handle incidents, and explain technical issues to diverse users.
