Attendance & Family Support Lead (Pastoral Inclusion)

Woodlands Primary School & Nursery is seeking an Inclusion, Attendance and Family Support Manager to lead the school’s pastoral inclusion provision, ensuring pupils receive the support necessary to engage successfully in learning and achieve positive outcomes.

The postholder will lead attendance, family support, Early Help, behavioural support and multi-agency working, acting as the lead professional for pastoral inclusion and engagement with families and external agencies.
