SEN Support Worker (1:1) for Autism-Aware Learners

Education World Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker to assist learners aged 14+ with complex needs and autism in a post-16 college in the Consett and Newcastle area. You will work 1:1 with students, helping them navigate timetables and stay engaged in lessons, while promoting a positive, safe learning environment.

The role requires experience in SEN and autism-friendly approaches, patience, and strong behaviour management to help students reach their potential within a supportive college setting.
