People Advisor – Employee Relations & Policy

First Bus in Leeds is seeking a People Advisor to join the HR team. The role focuses on advising managers on employee relations, absence and performance management, with emphasis on supporting policies and legislative compliance.

You will collaborate with People Advisory Partners and drive capability across managers, while maintaining strong relationships with Union Reps to ensure collaborative ER handling. The role is full-time, based in Leeds.
