Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (Long-Term)

Lancashire County Council Children’s Services is seeking Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our teams as we implement the Family Safeguarding model of practice. You will work with children, young people and families, building trusted relationships and promoting strengths-based practice.

You will cover assessments, direct work, safeguarding, care planning and multiagency collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for children in our care and care leavers.
