Home IV Therapy Nurse – Community Health

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a community-based nurse to deliver high-quality care in line with clinical guidelines. You will visit patients at home, start treatment, assess needs, and provide follow-up support while building trusting relationships.

You will educate patients and families, maintain accurate records, work with the wider team, participate in meetings and training, and ensure safeguarding, infection control and governance standards are upheld.
