Senior Community Physiotherapist – Home Rehab Lead

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust in Shaftesbury is seeking a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join the Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Therapy Team, delivering assessment and treatment in patients’ homes and community settings.
