Evening Health Care Assistant – Support & Dignity

Exemplar Health Care’s Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne is hiring a Health Care Assistant on a part-time basis (24 hours, 6pm-12am). You will support adults with complex care needs, assist with personal care, meals, and activities, and help maintain care records.
