Children’s Residential Care Coach & Mentor

Wilderness Way is seeking Residential Support Workers to help transform the lives of children in care. The role covers building trusting relationships, providing a safe, structured home, and supporting education, health and wellbeing, with a focus on independence and resilience.

Candidates should be 21+, hold or pursue Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and be prepared to engage in safeguarding and DBS checks. Opportunities for progression and a supportive team environment are highlighted.
