Job Description:
South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in the intermediate care setting. You will support adults and older people with daily living activities and help deliver therapy plans under supervision.
You will work within an integrated multidisciplinary team, providing interventions in patients’ homes and community settings. Training will be provided, and flexible working patterns are supported to promote wellbeing.
