UKCIL is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist an autistic man with mild learning disabilities in Bristol. You will provide social and emotional support, plan engaging sessions, and help him access community activities with a person-centered approach.
The role includes extensive training, supervision, and progression towards Level 4/5 PBS qualifications, with hours starting at 29 per week and potential sleep-ins. A driving licence and own car are required.
