Youth Residential Support Worker – Therapeutic Care

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our Preston team at Pear Tree Cottage. You will build trusting, therapeutic relationships with young people aged 8 to 18, supporting their emotional regulation, daily routines and personal development in a small two-bed home.

The role is permanent full-time with shifts, including sleep-ins, and requires a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and a commitment to safeguarding.
