CJP Outreach Services in Great Cornard, Sudbury, is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker with a full UK driving licence to join our new service supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will build trusting relationships, promote independence and help individuals live meaningful lives.
You will work day and waking-night shifts, provide daily living support, assist with community access, and contribute to Positive Behaviour Support alongside PBS leads.
