Repairs & Voids Team Leader

Repairs & Voids Team Leader to support the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service. You’ll lead a team of Multi-Skilled Tradespeople, Craftspersons, Groundworkers and Apprentices, ensuring repairs and void works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of operatives.
• Carry out quality inspections and provide technical support.
• Monitor performance, productivity and KPIs.
• Conduct regular supervision and 1:1s.
• Support recruitment, training and development.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
• Multi-skilled trade qualification or significant industry experience
• Strong repairs and maintenance knowledge
• Experience supervising or leading operational teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required
