Homebased Property Investment Project Manager Car Allowance

Anchor is seeking a buildings-orientated Project Manager to lead planned investment and refurbishment projects across our portfolio of homes. You will ensure delivery is safe, compliant, and delivers value for money while improving residents’ living environments.

You’ll manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating contractors and internal stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and ensuring governance and regulatory standards are met across the Reading region and surrounding areas.
