The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery & Warranty Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of five Service Controllers who coordinate Field Service Engineers across the Northern region.

  • Oversee service planning, engineer scheduling and customer requirements.

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (42.5 hours per week).
  • Hybrid working following a six-month probation period (three office days, two from home).
  • Established, supportive team and management structure.
