Nesta’s Challenge Works is hiring an Operations Manager on a 12-month maternity cover to oversee financial reporting, budgeting and HR processes. The role works with Programme, Communications and Research teams, coordinating with Nesta central Finance, People and Legal teams.
You will implement new processes, develop dashboards, recruit for roles, and support team development while maintaining strong governance and efficiency across hybrid London-based operations.
