Office-Based Construction Operations Manager: Projects & Tendering

Forrest is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a construction background for an office-based role overseeing a small team and a caseload of up to 30 projects from start to finish. You will ensure timely, on-budget delivery and manage administration across contracts and clients.

Knowledge of property or facilities management is a plus. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, adaptable and solution-oriented, capable of coordinating tendering, suppliers and client expectations.
