Health, Safety & Compliance Lead — Multi-Site Role

Ageas UK is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Lead to shape and drive our UK H&S strategy. The role involves leading across eight sites, conducting audits and risk assessments, and maintaining ISO 45001 compliance.

You will develop training, dashboards and communications to foster a positive safety culture and work with regulators and insurers. Travel across UK sites is expected.
