Community Engagement Lead: Shape a Cleaner, Greener City

Birmingham City Council is looking for enthusiastic Public Participation Officers to support work on waste transformation, street cleansing and environmental enforcement. The role is permanent, 36.5 hours per week, at Grade C, with a salary of £36,581–£45,429 per year.

You will engage directly with residents and stakeholders to gather insight and encourage participation in improving neighbourhood services, working across directorates to shape service delivery.
