Senior HR Advisor: Healthcare Change & ER Expert

SYNLAB UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join its Essex HR team. The role provides a comprehensive, generalist HR service to managers and staff, covering employee relations, policy guidance and organisational change.

You will work closely with TU representatives, support workforce planning, and drive HR projects and reporting. The position is full-time and office-based, with travel to SYNLAB sites as required.
