Estate Manager – Housing & Community, Flexible/Job-Share

Delawyk Resident Management Organisation is seeking an Estate Manager to provide a high-quality service for 115 homes on a thriving South London estate. You will also manage 51 homes for Southwark Council, from the dedicated Estate Office.

We welcome applicants for full time, part time or job share, with a minimum 0.6 FTE and a 6-month probation. DBS check is standard; employer contributes 10% to your pension.
