Trauma-Informed Community Practitioner — Women’s Day Centre

The Connection at St Martin’s is recruiting for Daylight Women’s Day Centre, a service for women who are long-term rough sleepers in London. The role aims to provide a safe space, health support, and pathways to accommodation, guided by trauma-informed care and coproduction with the community.

You will work as part of a creative team to build trust, coordinate with partners, and deliver person-led services that address abuse, mental health, addiction, and complex needs, with a focus on outcomes
