Places Leisure is seeking a General Manager for our Basingstoke site to lead a multi-functional team and drive delivery of outstanding leisure services to communities. You will own financial, commercial and operational performance, using KPI data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
You will oversee membership sales, retention, and revenue while ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience and that partnerships with the Council and community partners are effective.
