Forticrete seeks an experienced Employee Relations & Policy Manager to shape and deliver the UK employee relations strategy. You will provide legally compliant, commercially focused advice to managers across multiple sites, driving a positive colleague experience while leading a specialist team.

You will manage complex cases, develop policies, and coach leaders, balancing commercial goals with legal compliance. A CIPD Level 7 and strong data analysis are preferred for this pivotal role.
