Senior Civil Director – T&D Substations (Hybrid)

Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director – Civils to provide strategic leadership across FEED and detailed civil/structural design for HV substation and transmission projects in the UK. You will shape technical assurance, delivery excellence, and market growth in the T&D sector.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, chair design reviews, manage resources and budgets, and foster client relationships while upholding safety and Jacobs quality standards.
