Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its London team in a senior associate or legal director capacity. The role focuses on mid-market M&A, private equity and corporate finance with significant deal exposure and autonomy.

You will lead and manage full lifecycle transactions, work directly with entrepreneurs, management teams and investors, and have the opportunity to build relationships and market presence in a growing corporate practice.
