Lead Employment Tax & Compliance Manager

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an Employment Tax Manager to lead compliance, governance and advisory work across payroll, benefits, expenses and workforce arrangements. You will shape policy, coordinate HMRC activity and partner with People, Payroll, Reward, Finance and Legal to manage employment tax obligations.

You will assess new legislation, oversee reviews and disclosures, and educate stakeholders to enhance awareness and capability across the organisation.
