Regional Director of Education & School Improvement

Our client is seeking a Regional Director in Basildon to oversee a group of schools, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership to improve pupil outcomes. The role works with the Trust’s executive team to develop leadership, monitor standards and drive sustained school improvement across the Essex region.

The post requires an experienced Headteacher, Executive Headteacher or Principal with QTS and NPQH or equivalent qualifications, and a track record of leading senior education
