Job Description:
THG Manufacturing in Warrington seeks a Site Manager for THG Omega to lead a large powder blending and packaging operation. You will drive safety, quality, and performance across 150–250 staff with a 24/5 shift mix and coordinate with engineering and warehouse teams to deliver throughputs and cost targets.
You will lead automation initiatives, asset management, and continuous improvement across a complex site, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture while enabling growth and scale.
