About You

We are looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with proven main contractor experience and the confidence to run projects independently.

  • Main contractor-side Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Proven experience taking commercial ownership of construction projects.
  • Strong subcontract procurement, CVR and cost-control skills.
  • Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.

  • Hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
  • Permanent position with an established regional contractor.
  • Commercial responsibility for projects valued up to £15m.
  • The opportunity to contribute directly to project profitability and business growth.
