Operational Risk Manager & Loan Ops Lead

Prime Personnel UK is helping a small European bank recruit for a dual-role position based in London. The role combines Local Operational Risk Manager duties with supporting the Transaction Management team across Credit & Loans administration.

You will manage operational risk in the 1st LoD, liaise with Head Office, and ensure controls and reporting meet policy and regulatory expectations. The role starts on-site, transitioning to a hybrid model after six months.
