Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in a Design Management or Assistant Design Management role.
• Background: Experience working within a main contractor, specialist sub-contractor, or construction consultancy.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Mobility: Ability to travel to projects across the North-West region.
